Do you accept returns? 

Great question!

At Loki's Gourmet we want every customer to be happy so we are always willing to work with you to find the best resolution we can. We will accept returns within 15 days after shipment.

To be eligible the item must be unused and in the original packaging. We do not pay for return shipping at this time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT FESTIVALS/EVENTS. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, sale items, and any downloadable products.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Get your treats even quicker by choosing local pick up at checkout! You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup with our address and pickup instructions.
